Lover of all things retro, girly and pretty, Chelsea Purcella is a fashion designer born and raised on the West Coast. Named after the Hotel Chelsea, her fate seemed to be chosen for her from the very start. Upon graduation from the Art Institute of Seattle with a Bachelors in Fine Art in Fashion Design, she moved to New York City and has happily rode the subway every day since. She looks forward to starting her own contemporary line of womenswear inspired by nostalgia with a playful sense of humor.
